How do I get a refund or return?

If your package gets lost, stolen or goes missing without explanation, HerbHut will notify you by email and offer a 1 time replacement (Up to and including $100). Such offer is valid once for each patient/customer. No exceptions to this refund policy. If you are ordering more than $100 worth of product and are anxious about losing a package, please break up your shipments into smaller deliveries .
